As face masks have become a part of our everyday lives, artists and other makers have put their creative spin on keeping us safe. This Thursday Contemporary Curator Jodi Throckmorton and Curator of the John Rhoden Collection Dr. Brittany Webb will share a selection of PAFA’s collection of artworks that features masks and gloves.

Join in for a discussion on the ways people have responded to social & political calls to cover themselves, on historical depictions of covering and how makers are currently making those coverings artful.
