Spotlight on Joan Semmel: A Women's History Month Tour
Friday, March 18th, 1:00 pm
$25 Adult Admission/ $7 PAFA Members
(Includes admission to all PAFA exhibitions all day)

Join Museum Coordinator Christiana Cruz-Council for a deep dive into the ground-breaking work of Joan Semmel, whose retrospective at PAFA was named one of the best art exhibitions of 2021 by the New York Times. In honor of women's history month, this tour will follow Semmel's career from abstract expressionist through her iconic work as a feminist artist and activist and finally to her current and ongoing practice of investigating her own mature, aging body.
